You will continue to also be shown how the Phrygian shares notes with the Dorian before it, "locking" it in place as to the order in which it occurs, that it is always the fourth position of the scale.

In this lesson you will learn the fifth and final position of the Aeolian mode, the Mixolydian form or pattern. Again, you will be given an understanding of how this position is "locked" in place by shared overlapping notes, bot above (the Aeolian form at the octave) and below (the previous 4th pattern, the Phrygian form).

I took lessons about 40 years ago from other teachers, not sure what I was expecting. However Geoff far exceeded whatever they were. Very knowledgeable, an excellent teacher.
