Whether it's your first day playing, or you've been cruising along for a little while, let's jam! I'll try my best to teach you what you need to know, and what you WANT to learn, at a pace that's comfortable for you. These are guitar classes, not a classical conservatory! However, I do try my best to be as thorough, specific, and precise as I can, without any pressure or rush. We'll take as much time on a subject or technique as you need, until you feel satisfied with your abilities in that area. Learning to play an instrument is giving yourself a vehicle for self expression, to have some fun, to jam with friends, or to learn songs you like. Stick with me, and you'll be doing all of them.

Wasting Time (solo acoustic demo)

White City Park was a nationally renowned amusement park in my area, 100 years ago. Only remnants are left now. This song is about the 110 year old echoes of summer nights spent going on rides and in various funhouses, or walking down the grand staircase to the lake itself to watch the carnival lights glimmer off its smooth, obsidian surface. You can practically smell the popcorn and roasted peanuts in the air...
