¡Hola and hello! I'm Liz. I'm a certified integrative life coach, and an experienced Spanish teacher and tutor. I love helping people learn and supporting them with change work. 

I was a classroom elementary school Spanish teacher for 11 years at top schools in New York. I have a Masters degree from Teachers College, Columbia University in elementary education, and a B.A. from Dickinson College in Spanish and a certificate in Latin American studies. 

I am also a certified Master Life Coach, certified hypnotist,  EFT practitioner, and Somatic Parts Work practitioner and  and am certified by the Ethical Coaching Collective as an integrative life coach.

I love coaching AND teaching! I empower adults and kids, with lots of positivity and self-belief, to feel the way they want to feel instead.... awesome, self-confident, and empowered to achieve their goals and dreams.

Your or your child can learn Spanish from an experienced elementary Spanish classroom teacher. I'm a former Spanish teacher of 11 years in grades ranging from Pre-K-5th, and a tutor of students through high school. I have taught at top NY independent schools and helped kids develop a love of and a solid foundation in Spanish. I make learning fun for my students with songs, games, conversation, and writing!  I'm also a certified life coach and empower folks to achieve their goals!

I left my session with Liz feeling energized, strong and confident. She gave me multiple tools to help me visualize and use my unconscious mind to put away blocks and fears I was having. I'm excited to use these tools and continue to work with Liz.

My kid loves the teacher, she is good in engaging activities and keeping them motivated till the end of the class.

Elizabeth was absolutely terrific!  She is a warm, kind and friendly teacher who knows how to get the best out of her students.  My twins loved getting tutored and as a result improved their Spanish tremendously.  I highly recommend Elizabeth and I know anyone who uses her will feel lucky they stumbled upon an absolute gem.

Elizabeth helped my high school son with online Spanish tutoring as needed before assessments. The additional support she gave him was invaluable. She was patient and supportive and broke lessons down into manageable chunks. She also helped him with his accent!  She was invaluable.
