Multiple times we waited for this instructor, and she never showed up, even after agreeing on a meeting time.
Although I tried to work with her schedule, it was always one excuse after the other. On two occasions, my son waited for over an hour, yet she never showed up.
Finally, I had to cancel the classes for a refund.
