I earned my 120 hour TEFL certification from UK TEFL

TEFL

•	Created a new Fun Phonics program to teach elementary age students’ phonics.
•	The new program increased sales of 25% per branch
•	Created new training program and adjusted hiring criteria for the hiring and training of new and potential teachers.
•	Developed a re-training format for teachers’ whose performance in the classroom was below standards which saw a 78% retention of old teachers. This was 33% higher than the previous year.
•	Due to my new phonics program and re-training format for struggling teachers, student retention through course extensions and re-signings of existing course was 96% by the end of 2020.
•	Built a Branch Quality Assurance Visitation program, where I would personally visit each branch around Thailand once every 6 months to check that franchises were adhering to criteria and policies laid out general managers and the CEO.  The visits also would facilitate communication between management and branch staff and helped to address any concerns each location may have and suggest any resolutions to problems encountered during visits.  Follow up visits were done as need to check on progress of suggested changes mentioned in the previous visit.
•	Grew the number of students who signed up for courses by 22%. In addition to new students, I oversaw the increase in the number of students who extended their course or re-signed for new courses by 45%.
•	Succeeded in training 137 ESL teachers of which 100% of those trained went on to full-time employment in one of the eleven branches throughout Thailand under the I-Genius Kids umbrella.  
•	Created a Teacher Performance & Lesson Quality Review system where teachers’ classes could be monitored, and feedback given in order to improve lesson quality.
•	Instrumental in creating a theme-based system for students to learn English as a Second Language which increase sales of courses for our youngest age group (1 ½ to 5 years old) by 12%.
•	Coordinated with members of marketing and sales teams to develop new lessons and materials for primary-aged children
•	Raised students’ language retention ability and vocabulary test scores during monthly testing of intermediate and advanced level students, which say a 10% rise compared to the previous academic year.

•	Gained skills and knowledge on how to motivate students during online-only English language lessons.
•	Taught innovative and fun lessons to adults and young learners (ages 3-15 years old)
•	Learned how to navigate and deliver effective lessons on various web-based platforms such as WE Classroom, Skype, WebEx, and Zoom
•	Had a 97% conversion rate between trail lessons and course sales to those students
