In this lesson I’ll help you make character choices for any upcoming show or audition. Have an audition coming up? Bring your monologue or song you’re using and let’s find the best way to make the directors feel what you’d like them to so that you can get that role! Just starting out? Let’s work on the basics so that you feel confident enough to go and audition for your first show!

I've been teaching Juggling for 10 years. I have juggled 9 balls, 6 clubs and 7 rings. I have spent hundreds of hours practicing and have a vast stock of tricks. I can teach anyone how to 3 balls juggle within 15 minutes. After that, I can teach any tricks within a month or so of practice, depending on the amount of practice one is willing to do outside of meetings. If the student leaves the path of training up to me, then the first big trick will be Mill's Mess. The progression from there will be to learn site swap notation and and 4 balls. After that, I can will start diversifying the lessons with learning club and ring juggling. After a few months, the student will be able to pass 6, 7, and 8 clubs with another individual, juggling 5 balls, 5 rings, and 4 clubs as well as several tricks for each. I can't wait to start teaching tossing objects around with you!

I have taught and directed for 30 years in NY and DC. From lesson 1, students engage with a dynamic approach to acting through Meisner-based improv. During the 1st 12 weeks, we go from basic truthful acting to dynamic scene work, followed by 12 weeks of in-depth scene study, then extensive character training and in-depth film and audition technique. My students are successful in film, theater, commercials and TV in DC, NY and LA.

About Robert

I have taught acting for over 30 years based in the Meisner Technique, and I write and direct my own plays and films. I have years of experience as an actor, jazz saxophone player, singer and poet, as well as a philosophy degree, which I bring to my understanding of acting. I use this rich backgro

Miss Bonner is a very patient and fun teacher, whose methods have boosted me from a beginner to playing college standard pieces by Mozart. She is great at playing clarinet. Classical, Jazzy; any genre you choose and Miss Bonner can teach you well. At the end of the school year, I won an award for being the best member in our school band. I could never have done it without Miss Bonner.

Ms. Bonner has been such an inspirational teacher over all the years she has taught me. She has helped me improve my clarinet techniques by pushing me to join various bands and best of all, introduced me to Jazz. Also, she is a really fun teacher, always making her lessons fun and entertaining. Without her, I wouldn't have the enthusiasm I have now for music.

The best of the best
Fawn is my daughters voice and piano coach and I could not be any happier with the instant results. We have tried many other voice coaches and there was only steady improvement. After One session with Fawn my daughter booked a voice over national job. She was able to apply all the tools Fawn showed her and it paid off.
As for the piano classes, after 6 months of piano at a traditional school she still had not learned the notes or much of anything, after 2 classes with Fawn she is now reading notes and playing songs off the book and she couldn't be happier.
I highly recommend Fawn

Fawn is very professional, experienced, and a lot of fun to work with. She's taught all skill levels, so she knows how to control the pace. I suck at all this so she's had to apply music theory on me to go along with the hands on teaching. I would definitely recommend choosing Fawn as a teacher!

"Erin has been an amazing instructor so far! I bought a package of 5 classes and will most definitely be buying more asap!

To say I had some work to do in improving my speaking voice and tonality would be a huge understatement, but I have seen awesome progress in only 3 classes with Erin! I look forward to these lessons every week because Erin keeps the classes fun and relaxed! She also makes you feel comfortable to try new things with your voice and really pushes your limits (in the best way possible).

She has already helped me tremendously with my breath, tonality and just generally being aware of how I use my voice. If you are in sales (like me) and want to sound better on the phone or in front of clients --- TAKE HER CLASSES! She will absolutely help you achieve your goals"

"Stephen has been giving our teenager daughter weekly lessons in "J-pop" dancing. Even though his background does not include this particular style, he has done a great job of staying ahead of our daughter, and-even more importantly-encouraging and motivating her to keep at it. (Since dancing is one of the few exercises she will do willingly, this is key!) She looks forward to the weekly lesson and so do we."
