With my 50 years of experience, I am well qualified to teach all types of students at every experience level that are eager to learn. I focus on teaching my students how to read music, so they have a strong foundation from the start. I have the ability to gear our song selection and genres to what my students have a passion towards.  

I am an experienced, dedicated saxophone teacher who is eager to work with students at all skill levels. I have over 50 years of experience playing or teaching saxophone and I look forward to sharing the knowledge that I have gained over the years with my students. My professional saxophone experience involved traveling to much of the northeastern part of the country, playing gigs focusing on blues, jazz, soul, rock & R&B. As a teacher, I gear my lessons towards what type of music my students are passionate about, no matter the genre.
