    I’ve been training clients out of a gym but am looking to expand to help more people. I absolutely love training beginner to intermediate clients whose goals are geared toward fat loss and/or building muscle, and/or gaining strength. I’ve personally lost 30+ lbs in relatively short periods of time through 5 competition preps and know exactly what it takes for people to see results. I also know how to tweak the variables to make the process sustainable for people and guide them to progress they can maintain. Mental health is a huge component throughout your fitness journey. If you’re neglecting it for the sake of reaching a goal faster than what’s appropriate for your body, you will not be able to sustain your progress. I’m here to be your support system, and to fill in the gaps to help bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Willing to train clients at their home or out of a gym close by :)

    In 2014 I went through a break up that led me into the gym for the first time. Shortly after I learned my son’s dad was dating a bikini competitor- which led me to hiring a coach to prep me for an NPC competition. What started off as a spiteful venture turned into something that changed my life. I went from 180 to 117lbs in 11 months, and through my fitness journey- developed a newfound confidence, purpose, and level of happiness I hadn’t previously experienced. I became a personal trainer to help other people experience mental and physical changes that will allow them to live their highest quality of life.
