Core Confidence Dance Cardio
Follow along with Jordan W. on the first day of her Fierce Full Body Dance Cardio series, Core Confidence.
I had a very positive experience taking stretching lessons with Jordan. She is well organized and detailed oriented. Her techniques aren’t painful and sustainable to improve flexibility on the long term. She is also using methods that aren’t causing damage to muscles and joints. She is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend taking stretching lessons with Jordan .
I took tap lessons about 25 years ago, so I was feeling pretty nervous about starting up again in my (almost) 40s. Jordan instantly made it SO fun and easy to jump back in. In each lesson, she gets right to work, leaving me with lots of new steps and plenty of real-time feedback, all in a short period of time. She watches carefully and even listens closely for rhythm and precision. I'm learning so much, so quickly, and look forward to every lesson!
This is my first tap lesson in quite some time but Jordan made me feel extremely comfortable and excited for our next lesson. I’m looking forward to learning more about tap!
