I am a professional violinist and a teacher! I have been playing violin since I was 8 and started teaching in high school. I have received both undergraduate and graduate degree for performance. I have taught a group class at elementary school and string coach at high schools. I have taught students from age of 2 to adults. I mainly use Suzuki books for beginners and use etudes as well. I usually hold the recital once or twice a year. Also a member of MTAC if you are interested in taking cm test. (Level tests) I perform regularly with local orchestras in LA and OC, and with chamber groups. I want my students to really enjoy music like me!

Nina is an awesome instructor! She's demonstrates patience when it comes to music topics that I had a hard time understanding, and further is very encouraging! I truly gained a great love for music while being her student, and it is clear she is very passionate about what she does. I highly recommend Nina if you are looking for a teacher who is going to invest knowledge, educate effectively, and inspire you as a student.

Nina was an awesome instructor! She broke down things I didn’t understand in an effective and timely manner, and further helped me expand my knowledge in music. Nina is extremely patient, encouraging, and overall one of the best instructors out there when it comes to music.

My daughter had nothing but great things to say about Nina. She was always kind, offered constructive feedback, and would challenge her to grow. She taught the fundamentals of violin, and then built on that as she saw improvement. My daughter just wanted to experiment but ended up really enjoying the violin! If you want someone who works great with kids, reach out to Nina!
