My expertise was further honed at Governor's School West and through a full scholarship to Cannon Music Camp, where I immersed myself in advanced musical techniques and theory. In high school, I served as drum major, leading with both skill and dedication, which transitioned into my college years where I played mellophone with the Marching Mountaineers and became an alumnus of the music fraternity Kappa Kappa Psi. This blend of leadership and musical participation has equipped me with unique insights into music instruction. My lessons are enriched by a broad experience across various musical ensembles, including wind ensembles, symphony orchestras, and jazz bands.
