    I believe that playing the violin should be fun! I try to maintain a balance of learning new things with learning the music that the student wants to play. I also try to work with every student to help them stay organized and efficient in the practice room.

    Hi, there! My name is Amos and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching private lessons since 2009 and have loved helping my students reach their musical goals, learn new music, and achieve musical independence. I attended Juilliard and earned a master's degree in Violin Performance in 2016. I'm patient and thorough, and my teaching style is adaptable, organized, and fun. I look forward to helping you reach your goals! Currently accepting new students and I specialize in adult beginners!

    Just one lesson in and I feel very encouraged. Amos gave me a very attainable plan for practicing that gives me clear direction and actually makes it fun. I can’t wait for the next lesson.
