I love movement and I love working with clients to lead them through exercise that feels good for their body and expands their quality of life.  From a young age I have been interested in exercise and I can see now how it has reflected in my work as an adult. Currently I work with my private clientele online and in Los Angeles and film workout videos for my Youtube Channel Pilates On Demand. I love travel, hiking, running, peanut butter, and being a big sister! If I have one goal in my professional life it would be to inspire active living by guiding people to see the journey can be enjoyable with the right amount of creativity. With my private clients my process is to address the whole person physically, mentally and emotionally. It is all connected.  The results rest between the connection of mind and body.  I completed my 450 hour pilates certification in 2017, followed by my 200 Hour Registered Yoga Training in 2019, and now I am working on my 500 RYT.  In early 2023 I traveled to Goa, India to continue with my Advanced Yoga Teacher training certification where I studied with Joan Hyman.

Lindsay has been an amazing yoga/ballet instructor for me. I started taking beginners  ballet lessons with her in June of 2019 and she was so patient with me. I later on decided to take yoga with her a couple months later and she is just nothing short of awesome! She is very well spoken during yoga and really knows what she’s doing. She always accommodates with my needs and makes sure I’m comfortable with whatever we’re practicing for that day. For example she’ll ask how I’m doing that day and if I say I’m feeling anxious, we’ll do a relaxing and calming session, or we might do something more physical and energetic if I need to get hyper and start my day energized. She has obviously had a lot of experience in this field and it really does show. I’m super glad I chose lindsay to be my instructor and would never consider going with anyone else.

I love taking my online classes with Lindsay!  Having a really busy schedule, I thought at first this was an indulgence to have a class in the comfort of my own home, however I've rethought that since I've started.  These are necessary to keeping, not just my physique in shape, but my ballet up to par, as well as my mental state of being calm, focused & happy. Lindsay put together mommy and me ballet lessons for my 2 year old and I. We looked forward to our lessons and she kept my daughter engaged and having fun the entire time. Over the course of a year, not only did we have a lot of fun doing ballet together, she actually learned a few basic steps and is comfortable with the rhythm of warming up, dancing, then cooling down. Having Lindsay live online was much better than a video because she interacted with Skye and could adjust the lesson to keep her involved. I enjoyed dancing with my daughter and getting a little stretch and workout in each time as well.

I traditionally strength train and consistently utilize HiiT training so as you could imagine I've developed some imbalances in my body. Thanks to Lindsay she was able to recognize this and help out tremendously in the flexibility and core aspects of my training. I'm stronger than I've ever been and my ROM Has increased significantly. I strongly recommend using her expertise and training in this area.

Major endurance steady state cardio workout!  Join me for 1 hour of Marching and Indoor Running intervals.  This is a great indoor cardio workout that you don't need any equipment or much space for.  Enjoy the beautiful view of the beach as we break a serious sweat, burn lots of calories and improve our aerobic fitness.  The choreography is super simple and easy to follow along with. Today's pilates class is a 1 hour full body workout routine.  We will begin with standing lower body exercises using the wall for some of the classic pilates positions.  Then we will move to the floor for back extension, abdominal work, and stretching with the wall as our prop.  This class will improve your posture, challenge your strength and keep you interested.

Wall Pilates Workout

Grab your light weights for this strong and sweaty pilates flow.  This is an online advanced level pilates workout class.  We will challenge balance and coordination :) and you will see lots of posterior chain work that will be great for improving your posture.


Advanced Power Pilates with weights

Full body workout using the magic circle.  You will see exercises including high bridge, shoulder stand and control balance that will challenge your strength and flexibility.  This class serves up a heavy dose of inner and outer thighs :)

Hey guys! Today's workout is full body and I am using a medium set of weights.  We will work the arms, chest, back as well as thighs, glutes and inner / outer thighs.  So literally every muscle will get worked!

This class begins with an introduction on how to jump on a mini trampoline.  This workout is great for anyone who is new to rebounding and wants to understand proper form and safety precautions for jumping.  After the intro we will continue into a short circuit of low impact cardio exercises.
