Hello! I'm Melody Molinaro, a passionate and experienced vocal coach dedicated to empowering individuals through the art of singing. With over 25 years of experience in the music and performing arts industries, I have honed my skills not only as a performer but also as an educator, understanding the unique needs of each student.

I have studied vocal technique with celebrity voice coaches who have mentored legends like Justin Timberlake, Brandi Carlisle, Michael Jackson, Miley Cyrus, Prince, and Stevie Wonder. This unique experience has allowed me to master a range of vocal styles and techniques, particularly in contemporary music.

I am proud to be certified in Speech Level Singing, a testament to my in-depth understanding and skill in vocal technique. This certification reflects my commitment to excellence and my ability to cater to the diverse needs of my students, whether they are budding singers or aspiring professionals.

My teaching philosophy centers on a holistic approach, blending vocal technique with emotional expression. I believe that singing is not just about hitting the right notes; it's about connecting with the music and conveying a story through your voice. I strive to create a supportive and dynamic learning environment where my students can thrive and discover their true vocal potential.

One of my greatest joys is mentoring students, helping them prepare for auditions and achieve their dreams. I have had the privilege of guiding countless students, many of whom have landed lead roles and made significant strides in their singing careers.

I co-founded a brick-and-mortar party/music school hybrid called "Sing Sing Sing," where we won a "Best Of Pittsburgh" award in our first year of operation for our groundbreaking kid's karaoke parties. I was instrumental in signing the founder of The School of Rock franchise as a strategic partner and leading a successful fundraising campaign for a second location. I enjoyed designing and developing the company's service offerings, branding, and digital marketing strategies as well as teaching our classes and private lessons.

I'm excited to return to my home studio after 6+ years building Sing Sing Sing. It was an incredible experience and I will always be grateful for the SSS team! Returning and re-opening my home studio feels very much like a breath of fresh air. As much as I love what I created with SSS, I'm looking forward to focusing on my number one passion -teaching!

Melody was a great instructor, teaching my daughter the key fundamentals for singing, but also preparing her to audition for her first musical. Melody is great vocal teacher. My native language is not english, so singing in english is pretty challenging. But she is so patient and skilled. Mostly important, she trust me and my progress, which give me confidence to continue singing and improve it very fast. I improved my light chest voice to a better and more powerful chest voice with 5 lessons. Thank you, Melody!
