I have been teaching for a couple of years and I have succeeded as a pianist and a bassist for orchestras and ensembles. I have done solo work and chamber work for ballets and orchestras. My experiences ranges from piano composition to teaching music theory. I have been playing the piano for 16 years; this includes being privately taught by my mentor Gary Reid. I also play the double bass for orchestra. I have learned the double bass for 12 years so far.

I am able to help students prepare for testing in their respective piano levels. Students can be tested from primer level to level 10. They will receive a certificate for reaching their appropriate levels. Testing is held once a year. Every year, my students participate in this testing.

Our mission is primarily to provide opportunities and a sense of community for independent music teachers and their students. We welcome teachers and aspiring teachers of all instruments and levels, regardless of age, race, orientation, or creed. I am certified with the national music teachers association where piano competitions and official music testing are held. Students can work with me to become certified at the level of musicianship they are currently working in and they will be able to open more doors to piano competition/music schools. Various competitions such as Junior festival and the legacy competition are held during the year.

Hi! My name is Lia H. and I have been working really hard to be the best piano teacher in Las Vegas. I have spent many hours into teaching students piano. There is nothing more rewarding than teaching.
