I have been a professional performance coach for the last 15 years. I have trained students ages 3-16 to find their true vocal, acting, and musical potential. I provide a very personalized lesson plan for each student, with appropriate warm-ups, expert repertoire selection from both current and classic Broadway Shows, and handpicked audition cuts. I trained as an educator of theater with Kids On Stage in Los Angeles after receiving my BA in Musical Theater. With the Atlanta School of the Performing Arts, I mentored children ages 3-16 in their performances at Walt Disney World, Carnegie Hall in New York, and the Bahamas on Royal Caribbean. My students have landed lead roles in musicals like Annie and Shrek. My husband and I run the performance company, K&A Theatricals, which is committed to producing cabarets, musicals, and cutting-edge dramas. We share the stage with our students and give them the chance to shine with us and learn from us how to be professional performers.

My students have gone on to Broadway and enjoyed careers on TV. One of my students just starred as Matilda in the National Tour.

Amanda did an amazing job teaching signing and helping to understand the correct pitch of the songs. She is fun and attentive. I am so glad we found her!

Amanda was very encouraging and helpful. She was also very accommodating because I was outside her usual age range (I’m 24) and I booked last-minute to prepare for an audition, and she was still happy to help.

Ms. Amanda is so kind, respectful and patient with the kids.  My son loved her class.  I hope we can continue on throughout the school year as long as it fits with his class schedule.  Thank you!

After one lesson, we've experienced Amanda to be professional, passionate, confident, flexible, and consultative. We even committed to 20 sessions and look forward to the future!

In our first lesson, I quickly noticed her enthusiasm in her teaching. I felt very comfortable singing with her and would definitely recommend her.

We love Amanda and Keith.  They are energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and knowledgeable.  We started lessons because of my daughter's interest in singing, and even at only 10, we've seen huge improvements in her presentation and performance since working with Amanda.  It's been a blessing to watch her talents being developed in a caring environment.

My son recently got into singing he loves to sing around the house so we decided to explore it. He have done 5 lessons with Amanda and my son loves it.. he comes home singing what they practiced on, he has learned a lot. When he sees someone else in the house singing he try’s to correct us .. Amanda is very nice and very helpful and the communication is amazing!!

Mrs. Amanda has been so kind, patient, and talented. She is truly knowledgeable and that is evident in her flexibility when teaching. She is there for you and gives you all the tools and encouragement to do your best. Any student would be lucky to work with her!

Ms Amanda knew exactly what my daughter needed to succeed.  She was very attentive to detail, communicated appropriately with a school age child, and we ultimately landed the role!
