I am a certified knitting instructor from CYC (Craft Yarn Council ). I have over 35 years of knitting experience. I like to work with all kinds of yarn.
Teaching and designing are my true passion. No worry about how far you can go, let's just pick yarn and needles work on 1st stitch, open up the joy of handmade.

Bonnie is very patient and supports all of her students whatever level they are at. She is incredibly knowledgeable about knitting. I would highly recommend her class. 

Working with Bonnie gave me the confidence to take my knitting to the next level.  Instead of only making scarves and blankets I am now making sweaters!  She is patient, kind and very knowledgeable.  I will continue to work with Bonnie to improve my skills.

Excellent first lesson. I have never picked up a crochet hook and I was able to learn the first basic stitch within an hour. I highly recommend Bonnie.

Bonnie has been extremely helpful in me learning how to knit as a beginner. I have only had two lessons I am am already practicing and planning how to make a beautiful blanket for my little one. Would highly recommend Bonnie for her patience and knowledge. 

My daughter has expressed interest in learning how to knit and crochet.  After having challenges finding an in-person class in our area, we finally decided to try an online option.  However, my daughter learned more self-taught on youtube than her online instructor.  I came across Bonnie's site on this website and she has learned more in the few lessons with Ms. Bonnie than ever before. Just had my 3rd lesson with Bonnie.  I am working on a stitch sampler afghan and Bonnie has been very helpful with explaining how to work on a new stitch. Her patience is outstanding. When i wasn't getting a stitch lined up she explained to me how the stitches went through a drawing that just immediately made sense to me.  I will buy more lessons with Bonnie when I run into another stitch that is not coming along.  Bonnie is excellent.  Her biggest virtue is her patience.  When a stitch was calling for a yarn over before the stitch, I heard Bonnie's patient voice long after the lesson was over.

Bonnie was a very knowledgeable and patient teacher. She didn't go too quickly but made sure we repeated things and that I got the hang of things before moving on. She was very clear in her explanations and I feel confident that I can continue with my project.

Bonnie was awesome! As I needed, she would go step by step over and over without pressure and with patience. I actually was able to learn 2 moves today, making the chain and holding the tension, in a 45 minute class! I will be back to continue lessons.
