Amber is simply the best. She has a knack for determining my level and knows how far to push me in practices and recommending homework. Her experience serves her well. She is inspiring, motivating and blunt which goes a long way because she is very directed at her constructive criticism and points that need to be improved.

Amber is an amazing teacher who is kind and appreciates the student. She teaches with great passion and makes the student feel the music. I could see my son progressing already and his confidence level has gone up. He shows great interest and practices more than before!

Teresa is a very knowledgeable and talented teacher! I have learned so many new techniques with sewing and clothing design thanks to her! She is very patient, kind, and dedicated to making sure her students acquire the skills they need to be successful. She thoroughly explains the projects we are working on as well as gives a clear demonstration on any project we are working on. Her in home studio is beautiful! It is quiet, clean, and organized. I truly enjoy my visits there! I’m very lucky that I found Teresa through Take Lessons and I’m so thankful to have her as my sewing guru!

Theresa was amazing is all I can say. My daughter needed a choreographed ballet program in three days and she pulled it together and made extra time to fit her in so she could perfect it. I should say my daughter has not done ballet since the start of the pandemic. I am so thankful for her.

Teresa is an incredibly knowledgeable and considerate teacher! We took ten Salsa lessons with her, coming in with no dancing experience and leaving feeling comfortable and confident showing off a myriad of awesome moves! We would highly recommend her!

"A year ago, I didn't know a single word of Vietnamese. Today, I'm sitting in a Hanoi cafe having taken a taxi, having had a conversation about the traffic, our families, and the weather, and having shopped for an hour for gifts for friends and family back in the US - all using Vietnamese I am constantly being complimented on.

Learning Vietnamese was the hardest thing I've ever done, but I had a patient and experienced instructor in Thầy Châu. His methodical curriculum and homework assignments complemented by oral communication rounded me out perfectly. He held me accountable for my shortcomings and built me up when I made mistakes. I wouldn't be where I am today without him and while he wasn't my first instructor, but was by far my best. If I could give him 6 stars, I would."

"I would absolutely recommend Rosita because I think she has the bestSpanish course for medical Spanish. It’s everything that you need without having to go through a bunch of unrelated Spanish vocabulary. I don’t really need to know how to order a meal, I want to find out how I can help my patient. I need to be able to communicate with my patients and understand what they’re saying back. It’s nice to have something so perfect for our profession. And I think that it’s also nice because it’s an interactive lesson. The training course is pretty easily accessible and you can go back and look up lessons and refresh what you need to look at."

Kerstin always made an special effort to provide teaching material that was not only age appropriate and appropriate for their level of proficiency, but was also tailored to their particular interests. Her teaching style is methodical, while also casual and interactive, and thus well suited to provide a positive learning experience, particularly for children and adolescents. Both my children have benefited greatly from her teaching and I would recommend her highly."
