My clients experience improved quality of life, greater ease with transitions, reduced chronic pain, accelerated recovery from injuries, improved physical performance, increase in energy, expanded self-image, awakening new areas of self-expression & more. Most of my 1st time clients are surprised to find how much different they feel after 1 session. They tell me they wish their friends would try it once because they can't begin to tell them how much difference it made.

Off the Deep End Ensemble

Off the Deep End Ensemble transforms the stuff of everyday life into provocative authentic moments bursting across the stage. We explore the wonder of being human through original dance, music, story and song. We tell it like it is and how we wish it could be. You see a unique, unscripted performance created in the moment ? a different kind of improv! Off the Deep End uses the philosophy and practice of InterPlay® to create exciting performances in the moment based on audience input around a compelling concert theme. We serve the community through benefit concerts for non-profit organizations and have raised funds for the Alliance of AIDS Services, New Visions Center for Art and Healing, The Scrap Exchange of Durham and Urban Ministries of Raleigh. ODE is available for presentations and performances at conferences, workshops, festivals and other community events.

These are a few of the questions that will be answered in the InterPlay Leader Training Program. This program will provide you with skills to effectively lead InterPlay® forms and practices in a variety of settings. It includes presentation, self-study, interaction, play, and practice teaching. It can be done in a variety of locations around the country. Learn how to create a welcoming and affirming atmosphere, present InterPlay® forms and principles clearly, take incremental steps, attend to the energy and pacing of the group, elicit noticings of body data, knowledge, and wisdom, lead focus sessions, deal with resistance, and take care of yourself emotionally and physically. Learn about organizing InterPlay® events: finding space, setting fees, promoting your activities, creating mailing lists, and following up with participants.
