Yoga with Lindsay G.

Lindsay is an Annapolis, Maryland native who discovered yoga over 10 years ago to support her love of extreme sports. She works with athletes of all levels, applying a therapeutic approach to yoga and fitness. She was awarded as one of the top yoga teachers in Denver in 2013 by the Mile High Yoga Experience, has led the largest, 1,200 person, yoga class in Denver for Yoga Rocks the Park and most recently she has been a presenting SUP Yoga Instructor at Wanderlust Yoga Festivals. She is a senior Yoga teacher at Kindness Yoga, Denver's top yoga studio, and is on staff offering their 200 hr yoga teacher training and international retreats. Her adventurous personality and love of the mountains and tropics has fueled the search for the perfect setting to take her practice. When Lindsay isn't teaching, she can be found competing in Stand Up Paddle events across the country on rivers, lakes and oceans. She is an ambassador for Oakley Women, Sawyer Paddles and Boardworks SUP.
