Create heartfelt jewelry and find peace within.

What colors are you ready to find? What form shall it take? Shall you tie the thread? Do you need a charm? When it comes to beading sometimes, we find more than the resulting piece. As a craft of patience and careful detail, we find it can also be quite meditative. Breathing in as we carefully string each bead, making sure it joins the rest across the thread. We want to help you create something that brings you joy and peace within. Additionally, an optional journaling can be done together afterwards for reflection. Before the class starts, we'd like to hear about what each individual is seeking from our course. In the beginning of each class, we will do a brief check-in and go over our intention setting for the day. Some classes will include topics like "how to make your own charm pendants". One of our favorite types is made to look like a flower bloom.

About Kelsey R.

Hello, My name is Kelsey (She/They). I'm an individual artist and beginning blogger. Currently I'm preparing to enjoy the nomad life with my dog and cat. Unless we're in your area classes are online only. We are very openminded & tend to think deeply. We've often been called a free spirit too. We have a strong attention to detail & strive to teach at a pace that meets the individual needs of each student. We like to think of our teaching style as relaxed, but structured, yet also very intuitive & visually directed. Exact lesson times may vary depending on individual needs. As an artist, we have been crafting since our childhood years. Skills of jewelry craft/design, & sewing, have been practiced the longest. As we grew older, our interests evolved with us, & we began wire weaving as a jewelry technique as well. Most classes will likely focus on beading and simpler wire techniques in regard to jewelry. As for sewing, our machine is currently down, so we will focus on hand sewing. Projects will most often be smaller in size or require multi-day classes. In addition to our artistic pursuits, we have begun our journey in meditation in 2020 if not earlier. This process has brought us great peace. Our style is often seated, & we focus on a combination of breathwork & nature. Additionally, we also have a Crystal singing bowl that resonates with the heart chakra, & a steel tongue drum we may play depending upon the individual needs.
