I am happy and easygoing in person as in my teaching! Music studies should be enjoyable, fun and I'm looking forward to helping find that special "click" with anyone, who has interest searching for it. Together it shall be our musical journey!

About

I am a 1991 graduate of Tallinn Conservatory in Tallinn, Estonia, where I studied music education, child psychology, choir conducting and voice. While a student, I gained experience as a choir conductor-associate and concert administrator for Tallinn Philharmonic Society. I managed music festivals of all kind and local and foreign musicians.

I arrived in San Francisco in 1992 for the Estonian Mixed Choir. I conducted the choir and was an accordionist for Estonian folk dancers until 1995. ... I enjoyed playing the accordion with ALSI (Accordion Lovers Society International) Ensemble in San Diego (also produced a CD recording with them).
I give private instruction in piano, accordion and choir conducting.
I also sing and have produced recordings with several classical vocal groups in San Diego: Cappella Gloriana, Bach Collegium San Diego and ad hoc hire. In the past I've sang with San Diego Chamber Chorale, Pacific Camerata and Madonna Non Papa.
I am fluent in English, Estonian, Finnish, and bit of Russian.
