Greetings~ I am excited to find a creative way in which we can co create a mindbodyspirit practice that serves you and your lifestyle and personal goals~ I am a dancer by nature~ I work very intuitively~ My background & education consists of being~ ~a former competitive gymnast, a performer of modern, improvisational, & west African dances throughout my life~ ~1994 Licensed as a Massage Therapist in New Mexico & Hawaii ~ Massage Practitioner until 2004 ~2001 Certified Pilates Instructor ~ until present ~2002 Certified Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher ~ until present ~2004 taught Pilates in French, in Paris ~ Studio Element ~ My approach is very holistic , orientated toward, & incorporating our growing efforts as self care , healing arts & spiritual practices...
