I am a native South African, with 15 years experience in health, wellness and fitness. Certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I create success stories via helping everyone manage weight, learn about how living healthy can be easy. Teaching how exercise, movement and eating can help your academics excel. My lessons are challenging, but fun. You will have an experience that you've never had, as I include my knowledge and wisdom from my travels in the eastern and western Caribbean, as well as living in England. I love Frederick Douglass quotes, my favorite is "It's easier to grow strong children than fix broken men!" I also believe we are all children at heart, and we never stop growing.
