    About James R.

    Studied at the Colorado Film School in Denver where I graduated there Acting for the Screen Program and received my certificate in Acting. I focused on film & TV acting under Galina Boulgakova. I acted in over 100 films and studied every aspect of film from history to editing. When I graduated I was represented by agents and managers working on independent films like the feature 476 AD which just came out and the short film Crustacean Crisis which won several awards at film festivals. - Experienced in a range of acting roles, genres and formats - Worked on both sides of the camera - Assisted in producing and casting for the Colorado Film School Open Auditions - Professionally represented Theatrically & Commercially - Adapatable teaching style Everyone learns differently and it's very important that I'm able to communicate in the way that helps you best.

    Denver Talent Development Showcase

    I taught for a showcase that featured a class for children 12 and under and 13 and up. We covered cold reads, commercials, monologues both dramatic and comedic, improvisation and scene study. The parents after each class stopped by saying they hoped to see me teach again.
