David D. has been teaching music in public schools since 2008 and is currently available to teach lessons at your home, at his studio, and online. David has helped students audition successfully for College and University band programs, with majority of them receiving band scholarships. David received his training at Tennessee State University in 2008 where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Music Education. He is also certified Instrumental Music K-12 with the Tennessee Department of Education. As an expert in his field, David looks forward to helping new students achieve their goals. David's teaching style is student centered. This allows the student an active role in what he/she is learning. David is a very patient instructor and understands that students learn at a different pace, after all everyone is an individual!
