Learn Pre-Algebra from a caring, patient, knowledgeable tutor with 20 years of teaching experience
Learn for the first time or freshen up on your Pre-Algebra skills with a highly experienced and knowledgeable tutor! I love to work with students of all levels, ages, and backgrounds. We can work on homework assignments, basic skills, test prep, enrichment topics, projects, and more. One of the aspects I love about teaching math is that it challenges me to be creative in finding many different ways to explain how to work a problem or understand a concept. I am told I am a patient, caring teacher by the students, parents, and other teachers I work with. I look forward to meeting and working with you!

I would recommend Mary Beth’s tutoring services to anyone looking for a patient teacher who creates an environment that encourages students to learn. I hired Mary Beth for pre-algebra lessons. My son enjoys working with her. I do not have to force him to get online, and when I increased the lessons from 30 minutes to 60 minutes after school, I did not receive any pushback from him. I love how Mary Beth uses technology during her lessons to teach Math problems and provides feedback to parents on their child's progress with recommendations. My son’s understanding of pre-algebra has increased since working with Mary Beth. I am thankful for her support!
