Hello! My name is Mike and I'd love to help you learn how to play your favorite songs on the drums! Check out my videos below to see me and my students play some cool beats. You can also watch a video tour of my online teaching studio.

Michael works with a wide variety of students from ages 5 and older. Michael specializes in beginner and intermediate students.

At the first lesson, the student can expect a wide variety of questions to give Michael a feel of their interests, desires and goals with playing drums. Students will be asked what kind of music they want to play and encouraged to always guide Michael to learning what they like.

Students can expect to learn rudiments, proper technique, reading rhythms and learning the songs they like.

There's nothing more fulfilling than learning to play, and by studying with me, you'll get an incredible knowledge of the basics and advanced techniques of becoming a great drummer.

Whether your goal is to join your first band, lay down electronic beats for EDM, get better in your current band or church ministry, my goal is to help you excel quicker and better than you ever could by doing it alone.

I am a pretty serious drummer and accept students who are serious about their craft. You don't have to be incredible - but you do have to want to improve and have the dedication to study, practice, and perform. Oh, and we have a TON OF FUN along the way!
