Tokia helped me grow as a writer and a performer. From the technical aspect of writing to the raw emotion portion of performing on stage, she changed me. She was the only person who challenged me to write a poetry piece that was not based from an "I" perspective.
I don't know where I would be as a poet, actor, public speaker without the help of Tokia, Honestly, she would be the best investment you could make for your career. Well worth the money spent for the knowledge, time, and energy she will invest!"
She has helped me find and shape my voice as a poet/spoken word artist, Tsion the Wordsmith (pronounced Zion). She has taught me simple English lessons on semantics, how to allow myself to breath on stage, even how to be a better public speaker. Just listen to an example of her work or look up anything I have done and you will see her stamp all over it.
For years, I refused to trust anyone to hear my work and help me improve it. She was the first person who helped me be me; she didn't try to change me as a writer/performer. She only sought to help me better myself (she will probably read this review and critique it lol).
If I had to pick one person to trust to help me in the area of the arts, it would be Tokia C.! You will only be better for working with this wonderful woman!!!"
Simply can’t wait for my next session"
