Eric was great. He is obviously very knowledgeable but he is also easy to talk to and seemed to quickly understand what I knew and what I didn't. A good communicator and his set up for the lessons was very comfortable and easy to find. One hour lesson flew by!

After my first lesson I can see Eric is ready , willing and quite capable of taking on the challenge to work with me as an adult beginner on the instrument. He took the time to really get a good idea of where my skill level currently is and gave clear instruction on exercises to use in order to build from there. Furthermore, he gives a clear picture of the path the instruction will follow in order to get to the level of playing that I want to achieve.
Eric's personality combined with the spacious home studio setting provides a comfortable atmosphere of learning without distractions.
Not only do I feel Eric will be a good instructor for me but, I will also be scheduling my daughter for lessons with him to learn her third instrument, the guitar. So yes, I do recommend him for lessons!

Sylvia is doing a great job with my 5 year old son. She is patient but no nonsense in her approach. She is very good at breaking the concepts down to a child's level. She has been coming to my home to give the lessons and is always on time. She has been flexible when I have needed to move the appointment time. We are quite pleased.

I have been taking lessons with Corbett for over 8 years. He's very knowledgeable about what he teaches, and conveys his lessons clearly so no matter what age I was, I knew how to do what we were going over. He's friendly and easy to get along with, and I've never felt that I wasn't learning something or getting the best lesson with him. Corbett's a great choice for a teacher for anyone from beginner to advanced.

My daughter has been taking cello lesson with Corby for approximately 4 years.
Corby is very knowledgeable and inspiring. My daughter has become more confident in her school orchestra program with the help that she has received from Corby.

Super knowledgeable, cool, frustratingly skilled. Bring him something cool and he'll figure it out in a few minutes as you then struggle for a month to get it. Been going to see him nearly 10 years or so and is worth every penny.

Henry is a great bass teacher. He teaches a lot of standard repertoire but also makes a huge effort to find music that the students are interested in and listen to outside of lessons and playing (Me and two other students are learning how to play Bohemian Rhapsody in a bass trio). He knows how to approach a piece of music or a new technique being taught from many different angles and is good at explaining things. He is a master at finding fingerings and teaching bowing technique. Henry is not super strict and is pretty nice. He is a little more on the soft-spoken side, not super rambunctious. Good bass teacher and easy to get along with. I personally think that I have improved a lot under his teaching. Also, he can teach jazz and classical.

How Often Should You Tune a Piano?
Just as you go to the doctor for check-ups from time to time, your piano needs maintenance and care throughout its life. You may notice, especially if you have a keen ear or a tendency to sing along with your practice, that your piano drops in pitch, particularly during the summer and winter months.
