Mrs. Bonnie is a wonderful Pianist and teacher. Her methods of teaching has allowed my child with short term memory deficit and ADHD be successful in her goal to play the piano. She is very passionate about her teaching, and it shows in each lesson. As a beginner in piano, she has been able to keep her interest by helping her play songs that she likes and listens to on the radio. This means a lot to my daughter. If you are looking for a piano teacher I highly recommend Mrs. Bonnie.

I want you to feel comfortable and at ease, but we do need to focus and can have fun doing it. :) I utilize various methods for each instrument, which is determined by the students learning style and ability; needs, so this can change as time goes on (not sticking to one particular publishers materials). I have done (and continue to do) extensive research into materials available for each instrument I teach, and supplement with my own, to utilize the best out there for "YOU" for the best possible progress. In lessons, we will cover technique, repertoire, injury prevention, breath support, tone, and music history along with many other topics. Additionally, I love teaching reed making to all levels of students who are interested.

"Very professional! Damian taught me tricks that I could take with me. I feel much more confident after my lessons"
"She was nice and understanding."
"Grace was on-the-dot punctual, and had me play what I could for her. Right away she locked in on my intonation, which I have been having problems with.
She asked several questions, which was a good thing. She followed up with a printed list of things for me to work on. All this was done with a pleasant gentleness which has me looking forward to the next lesson."
"Thomas West is a delightful person and a good teacher. Thank you."
"I had fun and she explained very clear! Thank you for helping me play the oboe!"
Tracy- Jim's mom
"Grace is very friendly and easy to work with. At first, I was anxious to have my son take lessons online but Grace gives great explanations during lessons
and is very interactive even though she is not present in person. I’ve heard improvements in my son’s tone and technique in just a few lessons. I would definitely recommend Grace as a teacher.
For reference to those in similar situations, my son is a high school student with 3 years of prior oboe experience.
Please disregard my previous review, there was an internet error that caused it to prematurely submit."
"I love how Bonnie taks you step by step at your pace of learning I couldnt of had a better teacher!!"
"It's so good! She helps me so much and she is so nice to me and makes a big improvement in my music! -Madalina"
