My name is Aneka and my 10 year old son Caleb is a recent student of Rodrigo. Caleb only started playing the clarinet in May 2014. He has made tremendous strides in such a short time. Rodrigo is a very patient, encouraging, and supportive teacher. Caleb is already able to identify and play several notes and some songs. It has made him very confident about his playing. I am pleased with our experience and look forward to Caleb continuing lessons with Rodrigo.

She was very nice & informative. She greeted me at my car & invited me in with a smile. I believe my experience with learning the piano will be a geese journey. She is a great teacher.

I find Theresa to be almost like a kindred spirit. Not only does she have MUCH knowledge of her artistry but, of course, shares my love for music, children, animals, crafting, sports etc. In addition, she has great patience with me which has enabled me to learn an artistry that I never really thought to be possible. I am VERY pleased with her instruction.

Nicole R.

Glen Rock, PA

I have been playing saxophone since 4th grade and have been teaching music lessons since I graduated from High School in 2003. I plan each students lesson to help meet and exceed their personal goals and expectations. All students will work on proper fingering, intonation, reading and understanding music/rhythms, breathing, and posture as well as learning to play musically- not just mechanically. I am very laid back and positive and try to set reasonable yet challenging goals for my students to meet each week.

About Nicole

I have been singing my entire life and teaching since I was 18. I am very passionate about private instruction, as I have personally found the most success through this method of learning music.

When I am not working, I can be found singing in my church choir, playing saxophone and/or bassoon in our Sunday School Orchestra, singing and playing bass in a 5 piece classic rock band, and spending time with my husband and our families and friends.

I will do my best to provide as much of the music as possible, as I know that can be a huge added expense to private lessons, but there may be a
couple of books or sheet music that you will need to purchase personally. I will tailor your lesson plan to help you meet your personal goals. I look forward to working with you/your child.
