I have been taking lessons from Barbara for 3 to 4 months now.I live in a condo so when I practice every 2 weeks I take my PA.over to my x girl friends house to practice .She is the person who got me started 12 years ago and she knows my voice well.She rarely compliments me on anything which is common for an x girlfriend, however the last 2 times I practiced at her house ,she cracks a big smile and says with suprise"You have gotten better!"Thanks Barbara!

It's nice having a pro like Richard customize the lessons because he creates a greater understanding of music theory as a whole and then can bring it back down to a specific application like practicing scales with a clawhammer technique. I can tell he's gradually moving me along to meet my personal goals. You can't get that out of a book or a video.

"I started lessons with Bobby about 2 years ago as a total beginner with an awful case of performance anxiety. I'd never picked up a drum stick in my life, but decided on a whim that I wanted to play along with my favorite rock songs. The first song I wanted to learn was by Motley Crue, and without any hesitation whatsoever, Bobby walked me (the complete novice, mind you) through Tommy Lee's crazy-tough grooves and fills. "Michael has been very patient and flexible with my inconsistent schedule as a working adult.
