I am a passionate and motivated instructor who loves working with students and sharing my love of music. I have been teaching professionally for 17 years. It is important that each student progresses at his or her own pace. I encourage this by setting realistic goals for my students at each lesson.

Piano Lessons in unique because I have the discipline of a highly educated musician, but the critical thinking skills of a modern day entrepreneur.

I am a regularly performing musician who has memorized hundreds of songs and pieces, making it easy to train any student on the fly. Teaching lessons is NOT just learning notes on the page, it is playing music by ear, understating how music works, and understanding how the student learns.

My main goal as a music educator is to instill in my students a sense of self esteem, artistic curiosity and discipline when it comes to music, singing and the piano.
I accept students of all ages (3+) musical backgrounds beginner to professional.
All styles of repertoire are encouraged.
I’m excited to offer a special piano program designed for children ages 3-5 and for ages 5+.

Lessons are tailored to meet the needs of preschool-aged (ages 3-5) and beginning piano students (ages 5+) to ensure that their first music experience is both positive and enjoyable.

I am passionate about teaching piano and experienced working with students of all ages and levels. Holds a doctoral degree in Piano Performance and a master's degree in Piano Pedagogy. I am very flexible and patient depending on each student’s level and learning speed, yet I make sure to teach important techniques and musicianship that are crucial when learning music. My hope for students is to enjoy music making!

I consider teaching people to be a way of common development of human creativity, raising a student's cultural level up, instilling interest in music and arts, an explanation of the significance of music.
I see music lessons as an increasing general intellectual and spiritual level.

In classical piano lessons we can explore works the great works of the classical composers. My favorites are Bach, Beethoven, and Debussy. I am always happy to assign repertoire but welcome students bringing in a piece they'd like to learn.
