"When I spoke with Frank on the phone, he was apologetic that there will be construction going on during the private parkour lesson in the facility. I told
him I did not mind as long as his instruction was great. Well, the lesson with Frank proved to be outstanding. He had a positive energy, was very encouraging and patient, and he knew how to observe, break things down to manageable pieces, and build on student's success. My 13 year old son was also impressed with Frank and really liked the way he taught."

"Daniel worked for many years with our daughter. He helped her improve her stroke techniques, encouraged her to have a positive attitude and focus during
meets and inspired her to love swimming. She is now completing her senior year as a D1 swimmer on scholarship in college . I highly recommend Daniel to any parent who wants their children to be taught by an experienced, knowledgeable and encouraging coach."

"I have been taking lessons from Ron Pfieffer for five years. I began lessons while recuperating from back surgery. Having just retired I knew I had to do
something to keep active. I found his beginning lesson easy and with Ron's method of teaching engaging, positive and very encouraging. I knew by the 2nd week it was a good decision and knew Tai Chi was going to be the answer for me. I has greatly increased my flexibility and balance. Ron's depth of knowledge in Tai Chi include not only Sun but Yang Chen and Qi Gong . I look forward to studying with him for a long time to come. He works well with all ages of students and has a vast knowledge of martial arts which includes a 8th degree black belt in Kempo Karate. Ron is an outstanding instructor and great communicator."
