My goal is not only to help you deliver an attention holding speech, but also to help you become more comfortable speaking in front of your large or small crowd. Whether you're giving a 5-minute presentation to a board room of executives, delivering a sermon, or describing yourself in an interview, I will work to help you to take what you've written and present it confidently.
I grew up in the Northern Virginia area and have spent the last 15 years participating in some form of public speaking, whether through acting, directing, or delivering speeches. I have a B.S. in Theatre and Acting. I have delivered numerous speeches in front of crowds as small as one and as larg

Hello! Thank you for stopping by my profile.
I have been teaching acting and dance (ballet and jazz) for the past twelve years in the Washington D.C. metro area. My biggest successes have been working with students preparing for college theatre auditions and with young performers entering the professional world.
I work with singers, actors and dancers. If you would like to work with me as a dancer, you will be responsible for finding and renting the studio space.
My goal is for you to create honest work. I will gear you to the choices that are right for the piece. I approach acting technique through a variety of methods including Stanislavsky.
As a performer, you will be fully prepared for a successful audition, rehearsal, or performance.
Please take a look at my background and experience and let me know if you have any questions.
Amelia graduated from Fordham University, Lincoln Center in New York City with a B.A. in Performance, and a Masters in Acting from the American Repertory Theatre at Harvard University. She has worked on Broadway, in regional theatre, and film. Some rules include: Puck in a Midsummer Night's

She has been talking about being an actress for quite a while now, so we decided to let her take a few lessons to see if she likes it.
Ollie was really comprehensive of our needs and made us see the big picture of that world... just what we needed, to start walking into that direction on the right path.
My daughter had a wonderful time with Ollie.

learning Spanish fun. she uses very creative methods to make the learning process both stimulating and interesting. As a student, I really look forward to
my lessons with her. I had Spanish in high school and found it to be
boring and hard to grasp. Now, however, I can't wait for my next lesson with her.

I have been teaching and coaching actors for 20 years. My students work professionally on stage, TV and film. Within the first few lessons, you will understand how to create a character. Soon, you will have the skills to book a role. I specialize in method acting, but draw upon my experience at The Second City (improvisation) in Chicago and other training I have had. I love working with students of all ages and experience levels; I can't wait to meet you!

I teach singers of all genres (country, classical, jazz, pop, bluegrass, rock…) to sing with confidence and freedom!
I have a M.M. in vocal performance from the Chicago College of Performing Arts and have extensive vocal training. I teach an open throat technique (appoggio) that allows the singer to sing with freedom, and access their entire range evenly. I also work with students to develop style, interpretation, languages, and acting ability. I have extensive stage experience and teach my students how to have confidence while portraying a character on stage.
I have extensively studied vocal performance for many years and continue to add to my own technique. I have a Master of Vocal Performance Degree from the Chicago College of Performing Arts. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, where I extensively studied the anatomy of the voice. I am th
