I worked with Michelle for a little over 2 years. As an adult student, I was super nervous about singing in front of anyone - it took me this long to just sign up for lessons! She was patient with me and gave me lots of tools for dealing with my nerves and stage fright. Michelle helped me to choose songs that I not only wanted to sing but that matched my voice and range. I was hesitant about performing in a recital but Michelle pointed out that it was like training for a marathon - doing all the work but not performing just seemed silly. It wasn't perfect but it was definitely something I'm proud to have crossed off my bucket list.

Fantastic! Scott really can customize exercises and your training to your goals. I was worried I would be doing opera or classical focused training, but he is helping me towards the pop and modern sound I am going for! Recommend 10/10 times!

Scott Mulligan is the best acting coach I could hope for. He took a very special interest in me and my talent. And he put his own reputation on the line in order to recommend me to a talent agency, and I got it! I am now working as a professional actor and I couldn’t have done it without Scott Mulligan.

I have experience on the local stage singing and acting for 40 years in addition to studying voice with Dr. Gale Odom at Centenary College. I am a paid singer for First United Methodist Church where I frequently sing solos. I am well-versed in both Broadway and classical singing. I approach singing with the same attitude as my piano teaching, that is I gear the lesson around the student. I care about the student first and foremost. Each student has a different background and different goals. My job is to meet those goals. My uniqueness is that i try to make that journey enjoyable.

"I highly, highly recommend Robert (and Michelle) to anybody. They are both incredible singers themselves and are very friendly, encouraging, and patient. They tailored each lesson for me to use what I knew, and develop areas that need polishing. Robert learned about my musical background, and took the time to understand the way I learn to make the most of the time. I was impressed by all the great reviews for both Robert and Michelle when I was searching for an instructor. I am happy to add my own to the list."

"Elizabeth is a very nice and competent vocal trainer. She always encourages me to try new exercises that help me a lot to improve my singing skills. I also feel very comfortable taking classes with her, and I think that one of the basic things for me when it comes to learn how to sing, a nice atmosphere is necessary to grow faster. She is also helping me with my English pronunciation. I would definitely recommend her."
