Where to start about Kat??? She is simply incredible, kind, patient, caring, encouraging, creative, and did I mention she’s patient πŸ˜‰
I’ve wanted to learn to play an instrument since I was a kid (I’m 45 now) and I was always too busy to do it, but at 44 life decided it was time to put everything aside and battle leukemia. The chemotherapy, unfortunately caused neuropathy issues in my hands and feet and my sweet husband trying to find ways to strengthen my hands and fingers, gifted me a set of Ukulele lessons with Kat, and he couldn’t have chosen anyone better. Kat recorded the sweetest birthday message for me, which my husband shared when he gave me my gift 😍. I was so touched and emotional. Knowing that I had lots of restrictions to go out of my house, Kat automatically offered to come to my house to do my lessons. She is amazing!!! Thank you KatπŸ™πŸ½

"As a teacher myself, the amount of educators that not only have a gift but have the passion to bestow knowledge upon others are few and far between. Salvador is one of those teachers. I have had some of his students for piano lessons. The artistry and technical improvement that his students have in guitar is incredible. He is a joy to work with. If I had children wanting to take lessons, I would choose him in a heartbeat."

"Brian is a wonderful, fun, and very supportive guitar teacher. He encourages students like me to practice and learn, and he gives very positive and tailored instruction. He allows his students to choose the style of music that they want to learn, and he offers the easiest and most straightforward way to learn it. He prepares his lessons very well, and it is always a joy to see his cheerful face. Even someone like me who sometimes fumbles around with the strings can feel comfortable in his great manner of teaching. I find that I have learned quite a bit in a very short amount of time, even with my busy work schedule. The guitar exercises that he gives us are fun to do and so effective. I highly recommend him as a guitar teacher, and I look forward to many more lessons with him."

"I’ve been trying to teach myself guitar from online videos and just started taking lessons with Nick. It’s making a huge difference. He’s worked on my posture, left and right hand positions, started me on basic ear training, sight reading and understanding of rhythm. He’s given me exercises to help with chord changes I’ve been struggling with. Nick’s a great musician who loves to play but also loves to teach, so a beginner with no music training can gain from his knowledge. He’s a kind, patient teacher and an enjoyable person to spend time with. My guitar playing sounds better already."

"I used to play some guitar when I was young, but I had never taken any lessons. When I played with other guitarists, mostly in church settings, I would play simple cords and let the other guitarists cover up my mistakes. Now that I am 60 years old, I decided to make an effort at really learning how to play. I have only been taking lessons for 2 months, but Alex has been a great choice of instructors. He is familiar with the main type of music I like to play, contemporary worship music, and also is knowledgeable about Irish / Celtic music which I also love. He offers very helpful suggestions and instruction, and is very patient with the fact that I am 60 years old, and much of this, especially guitar tablature, is like learning a new language. Each lesson has some more insights and instruction to help me become a better player. I would recommend Alex to anyone looking for an instructor."
