Book NowI have been teaching professional piano lessons for 13 years. I am educated in Classical and Jazz Piano. Classical has taught me the structure and fundamentals of piano while Jazz has shown me how to improvise and play with other musicians.
I customize lesson plans to fit individual learning styles of students while incorporating songs the student picks. I have taught songs from Disney, Movie Soundtracks, Video Game Soundtracks, Pop and Rock artists and more. I also assist in Student Showcases which allows me to show my students how to play along with other musicians. Music is a big part of my life and I hope that I can pass on that joy to each of my students.

Reading the detailed "About" section below should give an aspiring singer all the information relevant as to how and what I teach with regard to vocal performance and technique. I spent a good deal of time in Nashville and became very familiar with the art and craft of writing and performing music in the country genre. Recording an album and filming a video gave me incredible insight into the workings of country music. I have a passion for it, and I will share the knowledge I have gathered to make you a confident singer of country songs, or whatever music you choose to perform.. To capsulize my mission statement as an instructor: You WILL be a better vocalist AND performer. THIS I GUARANTEE!!
About Glenn
I have been active in the entertainment industry since the age of 12, when I gave my first professional performance. Prior to that I was already being introduced to music with years of guitar, and then vocal instruction. I do not remember a time of my life when I was not singing somewhere; in the h

Music lessons should be fun, encouraging and full of music that you love. They are an opportunity to learn something new, show your improvement, and receive correction, encouragement and praise. Students and instructors should play together frequently throughout and the time should be balanced with theory, technique and exercises, sight-reading, and performance and seasoned with introductions to a variety of music and styles. I like to encourage students to play because they love to play and to find the music that is an integral part of their soul, then to share that with others through performance. What do you want to do with or gain from your music? We will work toward your goals.

Have you hit a roadblock in your trumpet playing? Is your child not seeing progress from playing in their school band? Need help with your All-State audition? Picking up a hobby for the quarantine? Look no further!
My approach to the trumpet is one that starts with the sound of the music playing in my head. Once I can get you to hear beautiful trumpet sounds playing in your own head, you will find that playing the trumpet is as easy as blowing spit wads through a straw!
My students get a weekly dose of fundamentals that include long tones, flexibility, and articulation. Once those are in place, we can apply those skills learned to a musical etude. You can expect to cover as much material (or as little) as you want in a given week; I will pace your lessons according to your ability level and desire. But with the right amount of deliberate practice, I can help you become a truly great trumpeter.
Let's get this fired up!
