Mrs. Rudoi is an excellent teacher who teaches/reinforces fundamentals and then helped me work on songs, including preparation for my succe
I am very thankful for the amazing voice lessons that I took from Mrs. Brittany Rudoi. After having tried multiple lessons with different teachers, I stuck with Mrs. Rudoi and never looked back. If I had to give my top three reasons why I like her lessons, it comes down to: teaching, personalization, and time management.
In terms of teaching, I have nothing but good things to say about Mrs. Rudoi. She was very knowledgeable and knew how to convey what she knew in a way I could understand. Her explanations were clear and easy to follow, sometimes even using visuals to really teach me how to approach things such as breathing. I think both new and veteran students will find this to be very helpful for developing or refining skills.
For me personally, I also really appreciated how Mrs. Rudoi would personalize my lessons. We would explore topics and songs that I was interested in and she would help coach me on things I requested. This was particularly helpful for both my audition preparation and then for my performance as the lead in our school’s musical, Guys and Dolls. While my focuses were mainly in classical and musical songs, I know that she is always aiming to help her students succeed in their objectives.
Lastly is time management. Mrs. Rudoi is incredible when it comes to making the most of a lesson’s limited time. Communications between us was always clear so we could focus on the lesson and get the most out of the time. She was also very willing to work with my schedule and made accommodations for times whenever our availability didn’t match up. With only a lesson per week, this was very much appreciated.
Had I not moved, I would have loved to continue pursuing lessons with Mrs. Rudoi. She is not only hard working and a great teacher but she also knows how to build a strong teacher-student relationship. I am thankful for the chance to have worked with her and would recommend her to anyone else looking to get great coaching!"
