"Lian is a great teacher. She has given me nutrition guidelines to follow. I'm impressed with her knowledge on the subject of nutrition. The classes have
given me insight on what are the best foods to eat and the foods that would increase my weight. She makes each session a relaxed atmosphere to learn. If I make a mistake on my previous week for eating, she doesn't come down on me hard. These classes have given me goals to curve my intake of bad foods like ice cream or cookies."

"I've taken both pole and calisthenics classes with Heather and have enjoyed both very much. She always helps me push a bit out of my comfort zone in order
to strengthen myself and my body, but never gives me more than I can handle physically. I'll continue going to her as long as she is a teacher and motivator and I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help with their fitness, pole, and well-being needs."

"I have attended Ron's school since 2008, and it has brought about great improvement in both my physical health and personal life. The staff is supportive,
well-trained, and caring. The students come from all walks of life, some young and some older, some very fit and others overcoming serious health challenges. Everyone is welcome here, and we have lots of laughs while working very hard to better ourselves. I have attended many Tai Chi schools, workshops, and classes, but none of them compare to the enjoyment and benefit that I gain from regular attendance at Midwest Tai Chi & Self Defense."

"If I could give my coach ten stars I would. Coach T is more than a basketball coach he is a mentor and someone I look up to. As a shorter guy I found it h
ard to play on my team and was referred to Coach T by a friend. He helped me develop my handling skills as a point guard. It was hard for me to get past the whole height difference, but he taught skill rather than physical attritibutes is what make a great player. Along with the numerous skills I was able to learn from Coach, he also instilled in me lessons that help me develop into the young man I am today. I look forward to our sessions because I come out feeling better about my game each time I leave. If you're looking for a basketball coach, look no further Coach T is the guy for you hands down!"
