While what I eat is based on a vegan, gluten-free lifestyle, I will tailor this to ways you eat aligned to your goals, with appropriate macro-and micro-nutrient substitutes. But it’s not just about what you eat, but how you eat, and how you prepare the food, which is why mindful eating and meal preparation guidance is also included. 2) Movement. This includes a balance of high-intensity work-at-home body weight and resistance exercises (if you don’t have weights, books, water, etc. can also be substituted) coupled with low intensity simple yoga, and meditation sessions that you can do on your own or along with me for accountability. 3) Environment. This includes both outer work: decluttering, natural cleaning solutions, and work-wellness balance techniques, with inner work: mindset, process focus over product focus, and sleep strategies. Having been in the navy for over 4 years and becoming a command Fitness Leader while there, I know what it takes to whip people in shape. But I also have developed a slower and more sustainable system after having developed, and then overcome, chronic back pain. I now take a holistic, empathetic approach to personal development that negates body-shaming and being too hard on myself and others.
