About Lenny
Hi, there! My name is Lenny and I’m excited to meet you and help you achieve your musical and drumming goals by making lessons truly about YOU!

Unlike many music teachers who quickly jump into tedious exercises; my first goal is to find out which bands YOU like, who YOUR drumming heroes are, and what YOUR drumming goals are.

Then we can have fun with exercises, learn cool techniques, or jam out in my awesome studio (it's a recording studio with TWO drumkits!!!!) based on your favorite music! My goal as the teacher is to have you playing as much as possible during the lessons so you have
fun and learn something important EVERY SINGLE LESSON. You should walk away from every lesson smiling and feeling confident!!!

All you have to do is show up and have fun, I take care of every else.

If you are curious as to playing ability or background, click on the videos below. Quick background is I’ve been a busy private teacher for about 12 years. Have taught literally thousands of drums, bass, guitar, piano, music recording software, and DJ lessons. I have seen it all, and can help you with anything.

Lenny taught my son drums for about two years. It was great seeing Brandon learn and grow on a consistent basis and Lenny is great with kids. I sat in on most of the lessons and actually learned a lot myself!!! 5 Stars!!!

About Ray
Hello! My name is Ray R. and I'm a professional drummer and drum instructor.

I have been teaching private lessons for over four years and I'm currently accepting new students at my home studio, the studio is fully sound proofed and sound treated to make the lessons more enjoyable. I count with two drum sets, which allows me and the student to play together, making the lessons more fun and efficient. I'm also available to travel to your place if that's your preference. I've taught students ranging from 3 years old to 60 years old.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Performance of Contemporary
Music from Musicians Institute, where I have also been a private tutor in subjects including technique, reading, and overall drum set playing. Currently a drum instructor in Cornel School of Contemporary Music, teaching reading classes and contemporary styles, and at Modern Music School, where most of my students are kids. I'm also a published author with 6 educational drum books available in Amazon that are perfect for a beginner drummer who is first learning how to play, or for intermediate players who are looking to strengthen their foundations as drummers.

I'm a huge fan of teaching and take the opportunity to help you improve at something you love very seriously. I look forward to helping you accomplish all of your drumming goals!

Ray R. is what I would call a "Performance Teacher" to me. I am a guitarist and play with him to improve everything from rhythm to live performance skills. Not only is Ray an absolute beast of a musician, he is a wonderful teacher. As many people may know, just because one is a good musician it doesn't necessarily mean you also know how to be an effective teacher. Ray is the best of both worlds! I have improved leagues since I started playing with him some months ago. I COULD NOT recommend his as a teacher enough.

About Eric
Hi, everybody! My name is Eric, and I've been teaching for quite some time. I started teaching at a pre-college program while at Temple University, where I studied with members of the Philadelphia Orchestra, and then switched to teaching for Music & Arts and in students' homes. I love music, especially the clarinet (although I wanted to play drums when I was in fourth grade, but don't tell anybody that). My teaching style is "non-traditional," according to one of my students, in the sense that I don't teach any two students the same way, mostly because no two students are the same. "His teachi
ng style is nontraditional and highly motivates young music students to practice playing their instruments." Non-traditional, see? But effective. I teach EVERYTHING right out the gate: technique, musicality, and sound (I find it's much easier to develop as a musician with a solid musical foundation, not just a technical one). I can't wait to meet you and start making music!

Eric is inventive, patient, resourceful, and adaptive in his teaching technique. He provided my son with strong, thorough, and challenging musical experiences that have made my 11-year-old the accomplished clarinetist he is today. Eric's impact on my son will be positive and long-lasting, nurturing a strong foundation for all his future musical endeavors.

Eric Lebrun is a knowledgeable, creative, and friendly clarinet teacher. He related very well to our 12/13 year old daughter. His teaching style is nontraditional and highly motivates young music students to practice playing their instruments. He offers his students a large range of music genres to maintain their interest and improve their playing skills. Eric was very reliable and flexible with scheduling lessons. His broad experience in the music industry also was an asset when we needed assistance in recording audition pieces. Our family would highly recommend Eric as clarinet teacher!!

Eric was Jaydon's first saxophone teacher. He did a wonderful job capturing and keeping my son's interest in music, and developing it. This is not an easy task when working with an active 10 year old boy. Eric's style of teaching was a good balance between being child-driven, yet teacher controlled. Instead of practice time being imposed, Jaydon's practices were as a result of his own desire to master pieces that he connected with. Eric did not feed Jaydon any answers, requiring complete engagement, and making him an active learner. He even required Jaydon to rate his own playing, then explain his rating before giving feedback. Jaydon's recently started lessons with another teacher, who frequently comments on the quality of sound that Jaydon is able to achieve on his saxophone, as well as his ability to play high notes well for someone his age.
