Drumming, music, and teaching are my life! I bring passion, patience, persistence, and fun to the lessons and students I teach. I have eight years of teaching experience including privately for almost every genre of drum set, high school drum line for numerous Colorado schools, and various clinics and jazz combos. I received a music degree from the University of Colorado at Denver, have played in numerous bands, combos, and studio sessions, and was a snare line member of top ten nationally ranked drum lines for six years. I know what works, and how to keep my students on an effective, achievable goal schedule that helps maintain motivation and focus while creating measurable progress.
