Hello! I began dancing when I was 3 in various local schools and programs. I've been teaching group classes since 2013, and have a few private lessons as well in 2016. The great thing about private lessons is the ability to focus on one student to really hone in on their trouble areas. I've loved watching my students build confidence, energy, technique, and still have fun. I graduated Cum Laude from Rowan University with a degree in Psychology, which particularly comes in handy when faced with a student struggling with confidence. I'm a fun and (usually) focused person. My teaching style is laid back, I like to joke with my students, and I tend to be sarcastic (but not hurtful). I like for students to feel comfortable joking with me, but also know when it's time to get down to business. I am qualified to teach beg tap, beg to int jazz, beg to adv ballet with a focus on technique, beg to int hip hop (multiple styles), beg lyrical/modern. I look forward to meeting you!
