I like to focus on the student and what they want to learn. My goal as a teacher is for my students to enjoy their instrument, and get personal satisfaction out of it. *** Studio Equipment *** Dedicated home studio with music stands, amps, guitars, and lots of guitar tab books. *** Specialties *** I prefer to teach guitar via tablature, I feel that it keeps the student interested because it allows them to begin playing real songs almost immediately. I do teach students to read music at their request. I specialize in the rock, blues, and folk genres but enjoy teaching any style aside from metal.
