Rebecca has been teaching private lessons since 2010 and is currently available to teach lessons at your home. She has helped students loss weight, create a healthy kitchen, establish a healthy lifestyle and improve overall health. Rebecca received her training at Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2010 where she received a Certification in Holistic Health Coaching. As an expert in her field, Rebecca looks forward to helping new students achieve their goals. She's teaching style is individualized, integrative, and fun.
