I taught crochet classes from my home for three years. I kept records of my student's progress, provided the materials they needed to learn (yarn, needle, patterns) and had a client list.

I've been teaching crochet for 3 years and my students have gone on to understanding, editing and creating their own crochet patterns. Within the first few lessons, you'll be able to complete a simple project and as time goes on you'll be able to edit a pattern.  I specialize in pattern alteration and have hooks and yarn to practice with for your first 3 lessons. I love working with students of all ages and experience levels and I can't wait to meet you!

Hi, there! 
My name is Rachel and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching crochet lessons since 2013 and have loved helping my students learn how to crochet, advance their skills and create patterns of their own. I'm currently in school for Communications and Studio at Oglethorpe University and will graduate in 2017. 

I'm an outgoing and patient person and my teaching style is one on one, slow spaced and tailored to my students needs. If my students are advancing quickly through each lesson then I will adjust accordingly. If they need more time learning then I will take my time with them until they feel ready to move forward. 

I look forward to helping you reach your goals!

Rachel knows her craft very well. She makes a lot of her own patterns and crochets everything from headbands, to bags, to costumes. She's a very good teacher; patient, a good communicator, and she's willing to work with you until you understand the technique you're learning.
