Flute with Maxine L.

Having graduated with a degree in flute performance from Humboldt State University Ms. L. has played a large range of repertoire. Humboldt was a wonderful educational experience for Ms. L. Having a background in classical music allowed her to try a variety of musical styles while at the University. While playing in the symphonic band as well as in the symphony, she also had the opportunity to play in a Samba group, as well as in the Calypso Band. Though her focus is in flute, her knowledge is much wider. *** Lesson Details *** I can help a student grow in their musical abilities, or start them out in the right direction. I have a variety of flute music, of varying degrees of difficulty. *** Studio Equipment *** Flute rental available. *** Travel Equipment *** Lessons can be taught in your home, where the student will feel more comfortable. *** Specialties *** My specialties include a variety of flute sonatas. I also enjoy helping with band, orchestral, or woodwind quintet music.
