My lessons plans are built to fit the student. Depnding on how much the student already knows, is how I will create his/her own lesson plan. The student will learn the fundamentals of music and of bass playing. He/She can expect to be taught how to read music, play rhythms, identify chords, improv and solo, and increase his/her listening ability.

My name is Marissa, and I play flute and bass guitar. I am currently a student at Florida State College at Jacksonville, and I'm majoring in Music Education. I have performed in many school-related concerts and competitions, but I also perform live outside of school boundaries. I teach students age 5+ and design lesson plans based on each individual student to maximize his or her success.
